At LightFixtures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choice. If your new fixture doesn't perfectly brighten your space, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Secure the Fixture
Carefully repack the light fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
